“Not Your Ordinary Thanksgiving Service”

Co-ministers, Jerry & Lynn and the Endowment Committee

We learned on election day that our values can be fragile things.

Justice for the powerless, faith in the power of reasoning, and compassion for all are perishable things that could fade away.

Luckily, Unitarian Universalism has always been a force for protecting those sacred values.

Our Thanksgiving service gives thanks for the Flint congregation’s 95 years of defending beliefs that create life and happiness for everyone.

Oh…and what about the future?  We will also make plans for our next 95 years of preserving the good, the true, and the beautiful!
